Welcome,
The 911 Bass Anglers are located in the heart of Lower Bucks County, Pennsylvania. We are a not-for-profit fishing club comprised of members of all ages, ethnicities, and genders.
The Club was chartered on February 12, 1999, and currently has about 29 standing members but is always looking to expand its membership rolls. Our founding members were, in one way or another, all affiliated with Bucks County's Emergency Services, i.e., firefighters, paramedics, 911 operators/dispatchers, police/fire and rescue personnel. However, today our membership is not limited solely to emergency services professionals, but rather come from a variety of professional backgrounds.
Our club tournaments are very, very competitive but always kept to a level where competition is professional and collegial. In other words we try to keep the competition intense but congenial enough to where everyone can enjoy themselves and the sport.
The 911 Bass Anglers concentrate on fishing hard, but affably, from ice-out until the water turns solid again. We conduct our member's only tournaments nine months of the year, from March through October weather permitting. We also hold various other club get togethers from time to time (cookouts, picnics, holiday celebrations, etc.), as the schedule permits. Often, however, these social events breakout spontaneously at tournaments end.
Aside from socializing together we strive to improve our membership's angling skills through a friendly exchange of bass catching techniques and ideas. Always striving to provide a dynamic and effective link between the techniques used by America's bass fishing professionals today, those fishing the various major tournament circuits, and our membership through a rigorous club dialogue and information flow.
Since our founding in 1999, the 911 Bass Anglers has endeavored to remain a club where members are friends first, and competitors second. A place where Anglers can comfortably grow in skill and knowledge level; while remaining, as we like to say, a great place to invest your time: good people, good friends, and great competition.
